Our story

Three practitioners, looking for a quiet place in the city.

What we believe

Slowness is a discipline.

We pour at the speed of conversation, not the speed of the city. Nothing here is rushed because nothing here needs to be.

Hospitality before performance.

The point is the person across the table, the warm cup in their hand, the easier breath at the end of the hour.

Small is the point.

Twelve seats. One pot at a time. We'd rather know your name than fill a room.

Quiet is welcome.

You don't have to talk. You don't have to be interesting. You can simply sit, and that is enough.

Come in and stay awhile.
